Catering Coordinator at Discount Savings! Another part of the NIKOS advantage.
Remember our only limitation is the bounds of your imagination.

available for BRIDAL SHOWERS, REHEARSAL DINNERS, CHRISTENINGS, ANNIVERSARY PARTIES or any

A Nikos
Wedding Reception Includes
OPEN BAR
Four (4) hours with one (1) hour service prior to dinner. Three (3)
hours after dinner. Top Shelf Liquor: blended and cream drinks included.
Unlimited wine or champagne during dinner.
SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
A customized floor plan will be provided with numbered tables. For a
candlelight dinner, our candle, floral centerpieces are available. A skirted place
card and favor table is at the main entrance to your Ballroom.
BRIDAL TABLE
Skirted and valanced on a raised stage and complete with silver
candelabras for that finishing personal touch.
WEDDING CAKE TABLE
Skirted and prominently displayed for all your guests to see. No
extra charge for cutting, serving or having it packaged.
PROFESSIONAL BANQUET MANAGER
In addition to our able and experienced staff, our Banquet Manager is on
duty from start to finish to assist you and your guests at all times.
MUSIC AND DANCING
All Ballrooms are fully equipped for background music during your cocktail
hour. Parquet dance floors (larger than most) and special areas for your Band or D.J..
PARKING
Acres of parking are available. Free Valet Service for you and your
guests.

PRICE
Prices quoted are guaranteed not to exceed 10% increase over previous
year's prices. All prices quoted are subject to current service charge and
applicable taxes.
DEPOSIT
All functions require a deposit at the time of booking. Additional
payments may be made at your convenience prior to function dates.
GUARANTEE
The exact number of persons attending must be specified to NIKOS at least
five days in advance. This number will be considered definite and not subject to
reduction. All charges will be based on the guaranteed number or the actual number
served, whichever is greater.
MINIMUM
The banquet coordinator will
explain the minimum requirements at time of booking request.
PAYMENT
Final payment must be made in advance and based on the final attendance
guarantee and payable by Certified or Cashiers Check. Any remaining balance is due
24 hours prior to the date of the function.
CANCELLATION
Should you decide to cancel any function;
NIKOS shall retain the entire
deposit.
NOTE:
Our prices are
seasonal and vary monthly. Call our Catering Coordinator for your price and date
availability. Discounted prices are available for daily afternoon receptions and
Friday and Saturday evenings. All Ballrooms are available for inspection
appointment.
